Google has recently added a new feature to its search results. The feature is known as SearchWiki. It lets you customize your search results by ranking , removing and adding particular notes to them. But it is important that you are signed in our account else the SearchWiki feaure wont work. Its also possible to see how other people have tailored their search results and what notes they have written.
SearchWiki can be divided in three parts -

1) Promote Button -

Whenever you click on the promote button, pages from that site will rank higher in your web search results.
2) Remove Button -
Didnt like a particular result, click on the remove button and that particular result will remain hidden.
3) Comment Button -
Click on the comment button to write notes for a particular result. Clicking on this button opens a text box where you can type your comment and submit it. Other viewers can also read your comments once posted.

4) Add a result button -

Know a better result ? then click on add a result button. This button is located at the bottom of the web search results. After clicking on this button add that particular URL which you think is better. The next time you search you will see your suggestion on top of the Promote button.
Not satisified ? Then better go to http://www.google.com/ and search for what you want !!
