Job Description:
-Assisting client patent attorney in filing US, Indian and PCT patent applications through reviewing of final draft & appending supporting documents for filing.
-Receive communication from PTO and forward it to client patent attorney.
-Receive instructions from the client patent attorney on the next steps to be undertaken w.r.t. the information received from PTO and process these instructions
-Interaction with PTO including creation and maintenance of legal calendar for all PTO-related deadlines.
-Work with team to ensure necessary steps are taken to keep all PTO filings current
Organize and maintain file system for patent portfolios
-Occasionally interact / communicate with client through telephone.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Helping out the attorneys in filing in the patents, drafting of patents.

Looking for candidates who have done their internships.

Candidates who have 6-8 months of internships exp or less even can also apply.

Candidates with good communication.
