Job Description:
The incumbent will be responsible for:
•Client billing and follow-up for payment.
•Certification of bills and invoices from vendors, contractors, consultants and engineers.
•Maintain all documentation as required by the company including all internal reporting.
•Preparation of supply card
•Co-ordination with the factories & purchase department and place indents for the procurement within schedule.
•Collection of sales tax form.
•To maintain the data bank i.e. billing, order booking, profitability, of each product & others as required time to time.
Desired Candidate Profile:
* Ideal Candidate Must be: -
-Diploma in (Mech / civil) from reputed Institute With 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in Engineering Industry/product sales.
* an effective communicator
* Proven team leadership and people management skills
* Ability to handle high pressure situations and multi-task assignments.
