Job Description
Candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hindi and English.
People with confidence and ability to handle customers and provide only the best customer service.
The job involves extensive communication with customers/passengers over the phone for booking, reservations, ticketing and handling customer queries, informing customers of flight exceptions & complaint handling.
This is a 24x 7 environment and requires working in shifts, including night shift.
Fluency in additional regional Indian languages will be given preference.
