Job Description
Execution of coverage, distribution, and display objectives as agreed with the RGM and GM- Sales based on ABP
To achieve secondary and primary sales objectives as per the agreed targets.
Co-ordinate and help the SME in implementing the POP module as per ABP.
Execute coverage and distribution plans for his territory. Drive execution of the sales and distribution calendar and agenda daily, weekly, monthly.
Under the guidance of RGM – establish coverage, distribution and display objectives for all the growth officers – distributor wise.
Establish PJPs for all the growth officers and DSMs.
Establish primary and secondary targets – town wise and market wise as per the PJPs of all Growth officers and DSMs.
Appoint all the agreed number of distributors and distributor salesmen to achieve sales, coverage and distribution objectives. Refer to induction manual for the
profile of distributors to be appointed.
Desired Candidate Profile
Preferred MBA / Graduate with Minimum 4 – 6 years in hard core primary & secondary sales in good FMCG Companies with one or two years of supervisory experience.
Should have good Delhi market exposure.
