Some description about the job -
We are looking for strong Leader who will lead the team of field Service Engineer and back Office.
1) Execution of Installation and Commissioning of system on customer’s machine in coordination with Field Service Engineers at various branches.
2) Trouble shooting and Minor repairs in coordination with filed service engineers.
3) Achievment of intallation and trouble shooting as well as response time standards.
4) Co ordination with Area Sales Manager/Field Sales Engineer/ HO/Service Centre for installation and repairs.
5) Service revenue generation.
6) Service Billing, Commercial procedures etc.
7) Cross Function Team Member for customer satisfaction.
Candidate Profile -
The candidate should be Diploma Mechanical with 6-10 years experience in Field Service of Mechanical + Electronic Equipments/Industrial Products. Last 2-3 years in responsible position for field Service Function. Exposure to Conventional Machines will be added advantage. Pune based local candidates are preferred.
Company today manufacturers-digital calipers, digital gauges, 1D height masters and 2D height masters and also economical solutions by providing software for data conversion from 1D to 2D.
The company has now entered into the manufacturing and trading of ?3D co-ordinate measuring machines, Alredy established a plant at Pirangut near Pune to meet the demands of challenging market and competition.
