Job Description:
Minimum 2-3 years total BPO/IT Enabled company exp. Should have managed outbound sales team with size above 10-15 tele sales executives.Monitoring and Motivating team performance & Maintaining MIS.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Excellent Communication Skills
- Minimum experience of 3+ in a call center environment and preferably 1+ in supervision
- Noida and around will be preferred
- Prior experience in Insurance will be given preference.
- Should have knowledge of database management, people management, reporting, rostering
