Job Description
Provide first-level technical Support on basic operational or maintenance of personal computers and /or peripherals using available tools.
Guide customer troubleshooting efforts to identify products that have Customer Issues and issue service calls in accordance with guidelines.
Escalate problems when unable to resolve customer issues.
Log and sufficiently document all contacts with customers in designated tools.
Desired Candidate Profile
Good Communication Skills
Willing to work in night shifts
Bachelor Degree, PUC (with 0 to 18 months of international call center experience);
Diploma Courses (post 10+2 with 1 year international call center experience);
1.Basics of Computers including Operating Systems, hardware and internet .
2.Basic PC Hardware / A+ Certification / MCDST Certification 90 days will be added advantage
B.TECH. / B.E. CANDIDATES NEED TO HAVE PRIOR BPO EXPERIENCE
Exposure to technical support trouble shooting in international call centers will be an added advantage.

Hi,
I am currently working with Wipro BPO(HP Non-Voice), Kolkata, as a Technical support associate and i would like to go for the interview for Dell. Could you please suggest me the best way.
