Job Description:
Summary: To effectively manage a team of 12 – 16 agents according to the policies of Teleperformance and its clients, while attaining or exceeding production, performance, turnover, and quality assurance index goals.
Pre- Requisites:
Open to work in rotational Shift environment (Male Employees)
Should be above 18 years of age
Excellent command over English (Verbal & Written)
Minimum of 12 months of calling experience is desirable
Graduate in any stream.
Experience of 2-3 years is preferable
Soft Skills/Communication Skills:
An “AMCC” must have
Strong working knowledge of computers
Ability to motivate and inspire new & existing Team mates.
Must have a strong eye for detail and a thorough understanding of client expectations
Must display positive energy, service oriented attitude towards all teammates.
Strong managerial, organizational, prioritization and leadership skills
Technical Knowledge/Skills
Proficiency in using MS office applications
High on people management

Meet or exceed all performance goals

Meet or exceed all internal goals
Ensure all team members adhere to the quality monitoring and verification guidelines established by Teleperformance and adapted to each client program
Review & meet with agents at established intervals (Daily, Weekly, Monthly)
Educate, re-train, and evaluate agents on an ongoing basis
Understand and assure adherence to all regulatory compliance
Successfully complete all product updates
Review dashboards/ data reports on a daily basis and provide constructive feedback
Be directly responsible towards fostering the development of your team by motivating them and ensuring career advancement and a long-lasting and fruitful relationship of the team with the Company through timely & constructive feedback and counseling.
Desired Candidate Profile:
1.Excellent communication skills.
2.Minimum of 12 months of calling experience is desirable.
3.Should have team handling Experience for atleast 1 year .
4.Experience of 2-3 years is preferable.
5.Graduate in any stream.

sir, i have completed my B.E. in Electronics & Telecommunication. My aggregate is 70%.I have good communication skills. What type of job suited me in Teleperformance?
