Job Description
Project management of EPC power projects, Petrochemical project, using SPI, CPI, Look ahead schedule, EWBV, etc. tools.

· Project design engineering, co-ordination and project management including site construction co-ordination

· Detail design and engineering i.e. development of P&IDs, equipment & component sizing, Plot plan & general arrangement, equipment & piping layout, pipe stress analysis for power projects (Conventional & Combined cycle) & Petrochemical Project.

· Procurement (specification preparation, technical bid evaluation, negotiation with vendors, purchase recommendation and vendor drawing review) for packages & total EPC specification.

· Working in integrated 3D environment.

· Analytical & Logical Skills to solve the problems

· Conducted Orientation and Training Program for Fresh Engineers.

· Mentor for CAD software such as PLADES (plant design), PDS (plant design) & TRIBON (Ship Design) software.

· Design engineering work for mechanical and piping systems.

· Basic design of systems with inputs from PFDs, preparation of system P&IDs and design criteria.

· Interfacing with other discipline / department for complying project requirements.

· Preparation of Layout drawings and detail drawings. Piping Design starting with P&ID compliance, component sizing, stress analysis (static and dynamic), Stress report, Piping layout and detail drawing preparation. Support selection and design.

· Bidder proposal evaluation. Vendor document review.

· Engineering support to site erection and its design support activities.
